View or Download an Invoice PDF

The View PDF and Download PDF actions let you access a customer-ready Invoice PDF from Advanced Billing. Use View PDF to open the Invoice in a new browser tab, or Download PDF to save a copy locally for sharing or record-keeping.
Before you start
A couple of conditions apply before you can view or download an Invoice PDF:
- View PDF and Download PDF are not available for a consolidated Invoice's child (segment) invoice.
- You must have access to view Invoices for the site.
View or download an invoice PDF
Both actions come from the same menu on the Invoice itself.
To view or download an invoice PDF
- Open the Invoice.
- Select More Options.
- Click View PDF to open it in a new browser tab, or Download PDF to save a copy to your browser's default download location.
Troubleshooting
If you run into trouble with an Invoice PDF, check the following.
PDF actions are missing
View PDF and Download PDF don't appear for a consolidated Invoice's child (segment) invoice. Confirm you're viewing the Invoice itself rather than one of its segments, and confirm your account has access to view Invoices for the site.
PDF does not open
Ensure your browser allows pop-ups from your Advanced Billing domain, and then try again.
