Understand Advanced Billing Site Settings
Last updated on Sep 19, 2026
Almost everything that governs how your site behaves lives in one place: Config > Settings. That covers which emails go out, how Invoices are worded and paid, what your hosted pages look like, and which fields your subscribers must complete. Settings are per site, so a test site and a live site are configured independently.
Who can reach settings
Reaching the Settings page at all requires the permission described as manages product catalog, settings, and integrations. Admins have it by default, and you can grant it to a team member per site. See the Manage Advanced Billing Users help article.
What you can configure here
The Settings page is divided into sections, and which ones appear depends on the features your site uses. A site on invoice-based billing sees invoicing and proforma sections a subscription-only site doesn't; a site without ACH sees no ACH sections.
The articles in this subsection cover the sections documented so far. Other sections, including payment gateways, retries and dunning, the Billing Portal, and invoice billing, are documented alongside the features they belong to rather than here.
Find the setting you need
Each Settings section has its own article, listed here by what you are trying to change.
